How to prepare

Method:

1-In a bowl add egg, sugar, oil, vanilla, powdered milk and cream can and whisk. Then add cornflakes, baking powder and semolina and mix. Separate the mix into 2 bowls.

2-In the baking dish, spread half of the batter and spread on it the qaymer cream to make semi thin layer of cream. To the remaining batter mix add 2 tbsp of milk to loosen it up a bit.

3-Pour the remaining batter over the cream layer and bake in a preheated oven at 180 c till golden from bottom, then broil it until golden from top.

4-When ready pour over it ¾ of the syrup and preserve the rest for serving .
