1-In a bowl mix the dry ingredients. Then, add the yogurt and knead with your hands until a silky dough forms. Put it in a bowl and drizzle with oil and let it Sit aside to rest for 30 minutes. Make the filling by combining everything in a bowl.
2-To start filling, cut the dough to 4 parts and shape into a ball. Roll it out till its thin to get a circle shape, fill with cheese and close from all sides to form a circular flat dough.
3-On a wide nonstick pan, brush oil and start cooking the dough on medium low heat until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
4-When cooked, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with the zaatar mixture before serving.
