Kabab rolls with yogurt sauce

Lamb meat, minced

Puff pastry block, rolled

Afia corn oil plus

Yogurt

How to prepare

Method:

1-For the meat, mix all ingredients together until well combined and sit in the fridge.

2-Meanwhile roll the puff pastry to a thin rectangular shape, layer a thin meat layer on the dough and start rolling it very tightly. Close it well and cut into small rolls and layer them on a baking sheet.

3-Brush the rolls with corn oil plus and bake in a preheated oven at 180c until golden brown and meat is cooked.

4-Meanwhile, for the yogurt sauce mix all ingredients and whisk until creamy and no lumps.

5-When the rolls baked, layer them on the yogurt and garnish with roasted pine nuts and parsley and serve.
