2 Tablespoons
Parsley, chopped
3 Tablespoons
Afia sunflower oil
How to prepare

Method:

1-In a large bowl, mix meat with onion, parsley and spices. Mix with your hands until all spices and ingredients are well combined.

2-Start shaping the kofta into oval shape and sauté in a wide skillet over medium high heat until all sides are browned, then transfer to oven safe dish with the juices the meat.

3-For tahini sauce, in a bowl whisk all ingredients until creamy and well combined. 4-Arrange the fried potatoes with the kofta. Pour the tahini sauce on top.             5-Bake at 200c for about 15-20 minutes or until the sauce is bubbly and slightly reduced.                                                                                                                        6-Remove the kofta and garnish with parsley and pinenuts.
